Shipping Policy

At Siena Joy, we aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

All orders are shipped Australia-wide using Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, peak shopping periods, weather events or Australia Post delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its delivery progress.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order, as Siena Joy cannot be responsible for delays or missing parcels caused by incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds

At Siena Joy, we want you to love your purchase.

Change of Mind

We offer exchanges only for change-of-mind purchases. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind exchanges.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Once the item has been assessed, we will offer a refund, replacement, or exchange, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or other personal items (if applicable).
